Refund Policy

In follwing circumstances we would issue a refund.

Fail to pass voice verification.

We do vocie verefication to protect both our client's details and us, in cases customers refuse to provide information over the phone, we do respect your privacy, at the same time, we reserve the right to refund any payment that we feel suspicous. updated Aug 24, 2005.


In rare cases when you didn't receive any goods after 24 hour time frame, please let us know and will issue a full refund with 10% of what you purchased as compensation (either in form of gold or cash). updated July 23,2005 .
